Finacial interview urgent help needed with SOA

    I think major questions will be asked why you are paying £600 pm for one room and this doesn't include everything such as utilities.

    Personal belongings is contents, it is not for buildings! What do you actually pay for tv right now, not in the future if/when the house is sold?

  • Thanks Suzie T ...the online SOA does not show any emergency allowance /Hols etc but does ask about alcohol !!! which confused me even more ! My interview about finances are on tues ..I hope the or will be understanding as too my confusion of it all as I have made some mistakes on the income /exp part of the on line form

    Why has your rent/board figure changed from £600 to £400?
  • Because I was paying £600 pm but that include £50 pw food as I stated earlier I made mistakes

    It doesn’t sound right that you rent a room and still pay £80 for gas, electric, water And internet....
  • Its a 4 bed house and council tax is inc
  • Whats the average price for a double room in a 4 bed house inc bills anyway ? Would be glad of any input on this thanks
