Change of 'Debt Recovery' company?

Greetings all,
I received a PCN back in June and have followed the current sticky thread of appeals and POPLA with a decision ruled in the operators favor.
Shortly after I began getting letters from Debt Recovery Plus trying to collect the money and threatening possible court action which I have ignored so far.
Today I received another letter but this time from Zenith Collections claiming the 'debt' was passed to them. Is this a normal tactic? Or are Zenith just DPS under a new name?
Thanks for your help!

Nah!Change of 'Debt Recovery' company
Read the light grey small print text in the bottom r/h corner of the letter. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
