Something gold for 'pots of gold'

I saw an idea on the Christmas board a while ago for 'pots of gold' on the Christmas table. Basically, you put some gold coins, Ferrero Roche and a scratch card or lottery ticket in a gold box and use each as a table setting.
I'd love to do this for our guests on Christmas day, but my problem is, I can't seem to find anything gold to put the items in. I'd love it if I could get something reusable rather than just a gold cardboard box (there's always so much rubbish at Christmas time anyway), and I don't mind paying a couple of quid per item.
Has anyone seen anything appropriate, or got any ideas please?
Mucho thanks!

I used wine glasses and painted with gold paint pen, swirls and patterns with peoples names on. Tie a gold ribbon around the stem with the rhyme on or pop in the top with the choccies and lotto card.

Excellent idea, thanks. Despite spending most of the evening reading the threads on here, I missed that one!
Thanks for the original idea as well, I'll let you know everyone's reactions on Christmas day!

These are the rhymes I have used in the past;
This pot of gold is just for you
to make your dreams come true
Good Luck and festive cheer
from me (us) to youor there is this poem too
Here is a little glass of gold
A festive nibble too
I hope it will make
All of your dreams come true
Have a very merry Christmas
Form all of us to you
(or from me to you)
As mentioned above ...

Use gold gift boxees
Spray little baskets gold
I've also used a small hurrican lamp that had gold trim with a gold candle in the centre. (found in a charity shop). I did this from our family to our next door neighbours. I added a few gold baubles amongst the choccies.
Last year there was an actual gold scratchcard, not checked this year though.0 -
