Noise and building work

Few options depending on budget. Don't dismiss a group of options based on a single product! You will likely need a combination solution for daytime noise. I have no experience of vibration.
Earplugs: silicone or wax are super comfy and effective once you get the hang of them. Foam ear plugs are an abomination.
Windows: various DIY secondary glazing options have noise reducing and thermal properties., not stupidly expensive. Ditto certain curtains and blinds.
Meditation to reduce the impact of noise despite hearing it clearly.
Twinstitute and tattoos on the sole of the foot says it can be done.
This is the one that freaks almost everyone out: prescription medication to aid sleep. NO not advocating anything addictive or sedating you all day. A small number of prescription medications confer natural sleep via brain hormones. Mirtazapine is a modern one, amitriptyline is an older medication.
I have suggested asking the family doctor about specific drugs for specific issues many times over the years. Oftentimes the doctor will be surprised but receptive. Medication can be low dose, long term but not daily, just as and when.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
