Appealing is pointless
The IAS works on reverse burden; you have to PROVE VCS do not have a contract, rather than putting them to proof they do
Even if you prove they are at fault, the IAS g'tee to reject the appeal in 85% of cases.
So, why, knwoing all of this, do you want to appeal?0 -
I am not encouraging ANY attempt at an IAS appeal which will lose and make you feel on the back foot. Please listen, we've tried, we tested it, and we've learnt over the years.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
