    Got me wondering, though - what happens to you when all queries/complaints relating to Spark are finally resolved?

    Will you and your team continue at Ovo working on Ovo customer problems?

    Good question.

    Although Spark Energy Ltd is in administration, Spark Energy will continue to exist as a brand, with the energy being supplied by OVO.

    That means Spark Energy will continue, as part of the OVO family, and customers will continue to be billed by Spark Energy and assisted by Spark Energy customer service teams.

    Hope this makes sense.
