Halifax current account switch incentives

I have a question about the Halifax current account switching incentive of £135,
It says in the terms and conditions:
You are not eligible for the offer if:
You are switching to a Basic Account, Expresscash Account or a Student Current Account;
You have previously received any other offer or benefits for switching to a Halifax bank account at any point since January 2012;
You are a Bank of Scotland bank account customer switching to Halifax;
The bank you are switching from does not participate in the Current Account Switch Service. To find out if your bank participates, visit the Payments Council website https://www.currentaccountswitch.co.uk
I have previously switched into Halifax current account and already got a switching incentive back in 2010, and has close it during 2016. So do I still qualify for the incentive above? My interpretation of above is that the incentive I got previously was back in 2010 so this is before 1 Jan 2012, but I am not sure as I continue to use the account and only close it in 2016.
Any ideas?

It seems fairly clear to me.
You received a switch incentive in 2010 - which is before January 2012
As long as you meet the other qualifications, why would you not qualify?0
