DRO in the Gazette?

Hi

Had a DRO in 2015. It falls off my credit reports in 2021.

I’d presumed that it would show forever in the Gazette but on searching their website they don’t seem to show DROs. Does this mean that once it goes from my credit report there is no record whatsoever?

So if I were to be asked the bankruptcy/insolvency question I wouldn’t need to declare it? Because they’d not have any way of checking?

DRO will not be in the gazette, only bankruptcies.

yes, you would need to declare and be truthful in whatever application you are doing., but most application only every ask if you have ever been bankrupt or currently subject to an IVA

a DRO would drop off after 6 years as you have stated
  • Thanks for that- so if a question about bankruptcy came up I don’t declare that as I wasn’t actually bankrupt. Only if they ask about ‘dro’ or ‘have you ever been insolvent?
