I have joint debts with my ex husband. How would this work with a DRO? Would the amount owed be divided between myself and my ex or would the whole amount be included?

The full balance of the debt would be counted

to follow on the above, you name would be removed from the debt, however they will be able to chase all debt outstanding in joint names with your ex-husband
