Ways to contact Universal Credit other than by phone?

A few months ago after I graduated from university and was looking for jobs, I applied for Universal Credit, including an advance payment. Since finding a permanent job I cancelled my claim, and despite making it clear I wanted to arrange paying my advance back, I have received no correspondence about this. I have since changed banks and simply want to give UC my new bank details so I can pay back my advance and not have to worry about it ever again. But they simply do not pick up the phone! Four times today I have called and left the phone ringing for 20-30 minutes at a time, but there is never an answer. I am lucky to have found the time today to do this as I work the exact same hours as UC's opening times and rarely get enough time to have lunch let alone make phone calls. Is there another way to contact UC? An email address or online form? I am worried that not paying the advance back will have an affect on my credit score. Thanks in advance for your help/advice!

They are a bit busy dealing with payments and repayment of an advance comes under debt management, try giving them a call instead.

The UC number is for live claims or new claims.
