Printing error

I have a parking charge notice, but there has been a printing error on the ticket. The notice number, vehicle reg, and date the ticket of course are all missing. Is this notice still valid, and how would I go about apealing it as the full notice number is missing?

We will need a bit more info, including the name of the PPC.

I have seen this before where the "missing" information is actually there, but out of position and superimposed on top of other text.

Nothing invalidates a PCN unfortunately. You still need to go through the appeals process.

You can show us the redacted PCN by uploading it to a web hosting site such as tinypic, postimage, dropbox etcetra. Post the URL here but change http to hxxp. Someone here will change it back to a live link.

Meanwhile, go over it with a magnifying glass to see if the "missing" information is visible elsewhere amongst the text.

When we know the name of the PPC we should be able to help you more.
