Nationwide Flex Plus Account Fee
SouthernSaver
I recently (3rd December) upgraded my flex account to flex plus to take the benefits of the insurance and breakdown cover. On the website it says that the £13 a month account fee will be taken at the end of the month. Having had the account for a month and still nothing taken out, does anyone know if there's a set date they take it from your account?

Always comes out on the last day of the month for me. From memory, I think the first charge is made at the end of the first full month/second month. I think the t&cs have the details.0

TheShape is spot on there ; the first charge is always the last day of the month AFTER you join FlexPlus. So in your case SouthernSaver, it'll be January 31st
