UKPC Wrong webpage

Afternoon,
I have received a parking charge from UKPC which I will be appealing using your template. Their appeals web page though is clearly stated wrongly on their letter. It says go to .com whereas it should be co.uk. Can I use this in the appeal response, or would you recommend a different response entirely because of this?

The web page domain name is of no consequence. Forget that line of reasoning.

Follow the appeals process in the NEWBIES. Initial appeal from the keeper using the template in blue at the appropriate time (depending on whether this was a NTD or NTK). Sounds like a NTK though as you mention a letter.

UKPC signs do not normally comply with the BPA CoP, so you should take your own pics of the entrance and signs around the site, then use the worse ones from them or the ones they supply themselves.

See if you can spot the £100 charge from more than a few paces away to see what I mean.

Acronyms can be fund in post 5 of the NEWBIES. Print them off or write them out for reference. They will be used a lot on here.
