I’ve had a letter from a PDL claim company saying I owe them money for something I didn’t even ask them to do,they say I did it online but I have told them I did not because I have no interest in claiming back any money from any pdls I’ve had,I took the loans and that’s on me,they are trying to get money from me and the claim they “chased” doesn’t even owe me anything anyway so basically does anyone know if this is legal which I think it isn’t but is there anything legally I can do to stop these people.
Ps they claim they have a signed copy of an agreement for which i have asked for a paper copy and considering they say I did it online I certainly have not signed anything.
All help or advice welcome.

Ask them for a signed paper copy showing you agreed to use them
