pop up virus from flixtor.ac any help please?

Hi.
Even though we pay for multiple movie streaming sites my children went onto flixtor.ac, now the laptop is infected with a pop up virus.
Windows defender full scan doesn't find it, but these pop ups keep occuring, It's a new laptop too! sighs...
Any advice on how to remove this?
I tried to restore windows 4 times and it fails!?
