Club Lloyds interest a little later (than normal) for anyone else?

If that were so (which I doubt), the OP wouldn't meet the conditions for January.
They would for January too.
This has been a longstanding 'issue' and has been ongoing for several years.
DDs taken out on the 1st working day of the month count for the previous month and following month for interest/reward purposes. This has been the case with Club Lloyds current account, BoS Vantage, Halifax Reward etc.
Things may have changed now and I guess OP will update us on this in due course, but up until last month there was what I call a 'DD overlap' providing it was taken out on the 1st working day of the month.:grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member

Looks to me like the single DD in December is your problem?0

I will indeed keep all updated.
You're right and already stated previously that when only one DD has been taken out I've always received the interest. I tried to illustrate this by the one payment in September 18 and December 17.
The £1500 condition has also been made.
Not sure what Colsten thinks I would gain by stating doubtful stuff!0 -

You may have anecdotal evidence to the contrary but the T&C are very clear and make a distinction between their billing period and the requirements regarding direct debits. It would be fool hardy to rely on a programming error continuing. The monthly billing period for Club Lloyds accounts is from the second working day of a calendar month to the first working day of the nextWe will pay interest on a credit balance in your account for that billing period as long as you have a minimum of two different direct debit mandates paid from your account during the calendar month.0 -
Interest has been paid
Nearly had a heart attack when I saw 3.00 fee taken, not subsequently waived
1500 was credit during early December so hopefully 3.00 fee will be credited later this evening.0 -

I've double checked the two required DDs went out in December and noted that these Post Office ones are claimed at staggered times on occasions.
Also note that I've never been not paid the interest. Here are the DD dates for the past year:
Dec (2017) 1st
Jan (2018) 2nd, 2nd and 29th
Feb 1st and 28th
March 1st and 29th
April 3rd and 30th
May 1st and 29th
June 1st and 29th
July 2nd and 30th
Aug 1st and 29th
Sep 3rd
Oct 1st, 1st and 29th
Nov 1st and 29th
Dec 3rd
Jan (2019) 2nd and 2nd
If I were you I'd move them at least a few days in to the month to avoid confusion.0 -
Update - no interest paid yet but fee waived0

Once again nothing this morning.
Will check again later but it looks like another (mid month DD) is the way forward.0
