Bought a £333.00 E-voucher on the perksatwork portal, for Gap.
Stupidly never read the t & c's and now I have realised that it can only be used in store, and is non refundable.
I have spoken to perksatwork and they refuse to refund the money.
I have spoken to Gap and they refuse to refund the money.
I have spoken to the co op bank and they refuse to do a credit card charge back.
Is there anything I can do to get this money back?
Any consumer law I can throw at perksatwork?

Not really. Vouchers are not covered by distance selling regulations. Is there not a gap near you?0

Not sure why you spoke to Gap since you didn't purchase from them likewise the bank since you didn't read the T&C's.
Your going to have to either sell it or go to a Gap store and use it.0 -

There is. I no longer want to spend the money at Gap!
he stores are so much more expensive than the online store.0 -
I think to a large extent these discounts exist because they get your money (possibly) months before you would otherwise have spent it in the store. Allowing people to convert them back into cash would detract from that. You seem to have acknowledged that it's your own stupidity to blame, so chalk it up to experience, and either spend it or sell to someone else.0

How much did you pay for the voucher? Presumably a good deal less than £333? Does the “exchange rate” make shopping there worthwhile, even though it’s more expensive than online?
You’re stuck with the voucher unless you sell it or use it.0 -

It works out about £310.00
I am going to try and sell it, failing that spend it!0 -
Good idea. Cut your losses. If you can’t spend it you might find someone willing to pay £200 for it if you’re lucky. I assume it can be transferred and isn’t tied to you?0

Can it be used at a Gap Outlet? There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.0
