It's a complex area to follow and as you appreciate our role is very much in dealing with the legal ownership, which can be a little more straightforward at times albeit the overlap with the beneficial ownership and wills/trusts can complicate things from a registration perspective as well
Conveyancing is a separate legal specialism to say Wills/Probates so not all conveyancers will be familiar with the latter.
The OP does not state whose conveyancer it is and if it's the buyers then that may create an issue for them if OP needs to explain/convince them in some way if acting without legal representation.
Hopefully OP will be able to clarify matters further as it is something that can crop up quite regularly when dealing with property, wills, trusts and a sale“Official Company Representative
