Savings affecting benefits

I would like to open a JISA for my grandchild but have realised only a parent can do this. My daughter claims housing benefit, income support and child tax credits. Would there be any problems regarding her benefits if I transferred £4,600 to her to open the JISA?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Your daughter opens the JISA then gives you the sort code and account number so that you can make the payment direct to the JISA.
