    If anyone his hunting for the contact form is is under the icon top right of your account page (your initials) and then click help and then submit a response in the top right.
  • You need a zero balance before Pockit will close the account. Simplest way I thought was a bank transfer out. As it was my 1st transfer it should have been free.! But that is done by a way of a refund which cannot be done if you have closed the account.
    So in effect a defacto charge to close the account. :(

    I too was left with the 99p balance after the bank transfer. So I bought an item in the supermarket and went through the self service section. Fed in a few coins until the balance owing was 99p then paid the rest by Pockit card.
    At that point the balance on the card was zero so (as advised by Pockit support) emailed [EMAIL="help@pockit.com"]help@pockit.com[/EMAIL] and requested account closure. That worked for me.
