EuroCar Parks fine but its not me

I've read the Frequently asked Questions Page but I can see any reference to my problem.
I've had a Final Notice from EuroCar Parks. However I've never been to the place or car park they are saying my car was at which is 75 miles away from me.
On the day they said I was there I was somewhere else in the country in one of my other cars on the date in question and have witness that can back that up.
The car they are alleging was there which is was parked up at my parents house on there drive with a flat tyre and no one else in the family has access to it.
What has clearly happened is some one has put the wrong registration in the system at EuroCar Parks.
What do people advise that I do.
Obviously I could under stand getting a ticket if I was in the car park at the time but I was nearly 80 miles in the other direction.

Why not tell them what you've told us? It's probably a missread if someone elses number plate.0

When you say "Final Notice", have you received previous correspondence from them? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

No never had anything until 27th December (was away over Christmas and only got home yesterday so only saw my post yesterday).
I did think about requesting a photo and also telling them what I have said above. Does this have to be done on there On-line System or can I do it over the phone?0 -
I assume that people that go around checking the car's will take photo's of the car that they are putting the ticket on? Looking on Google Earth there does not appear to be any ANPR cameras on this car park.0

Where is the car park in question? From the Plain Language Commission:

A phone call is worth the paper it's written on.0

Please re-read post 2 of this thread. There is information on how to do this in the NEWBIES. You must do this.
You may be able to look at photos on their website by using the PCN number.
You should also ask the DVLA by whom and when your personal data including VRN was requested.
In addition, please complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
