That's a shame but the driver would have stood at the machine when making the 'bargain' - so does the tariff sign next to the PDT machine have the penalty in large font? Or at all?

Your PC is probably an issue due to you copying & pasting from Word, which causes a lock-out from MSE.

Use Notepad as a go-between sheet, when copying & pasting.

I forwarded document to my phone using email and lifted text directly from email... it seemed content then and posted.

When I was trying to send through my laptop, the error was "you need to wait 60 seconds between posts".
All good now then, thank you for point in right direction (again)

Coupon Mad - unfortunately, I'm not sure. I took the photo of the sign prior to engaging with mse and it's only when reading the threads I realised what needed to be done etc.
I'm up North and sign is in Cornwall.

I just Google searched:

kbt parking Lusty Glaze, Newquay armtrac

and changed it to 'images' and it shows loads. Any from around the same time?

My eldest son is at a wedding in Padstow next week and has promised to pop over and take photos of signage.

I seem to recall a sign divide up into tarrif and penalties where tarrif font was extremely large. There was a second larger sign attached yo a gate that had the penalties in a larger font.

I'm just going to bring myself up to speed with more of the newbies thread!

I've not done this before so am not sure if I'm doing it correctly!

I've opened a dropbox account and uploaded 5 photographs from the car park and tweaked the link.

Please can someone guide me on whether Point 8 of the defence is appropriatly written/edited when read alongside the photographs?

You have been advised by Coupon-mad with an edit of your point 8 in your defence. I would go with it, as your evidence is submitted later at Witness Statement (WS) stage.

Many thanks Le_Kirk - I will make no further adjustments beyond Coupon-mad's edit for point 8.

Does anyone know average time scale between this stage and next... or is that a bit like "how long is a piece of string"?!
