Pressure Washer Novice!

Wanting to try a pressure washer for block paving and i have heard that i should look for the highest bar pressure to get the most power for cleaning the drive.
I have never used one so not sure really, would like a good simple one with enough power to get the drive clean and possibly clean the car on occasion.
Another dilemma is that i am on a water meter so i need to be more careful about the amount of water used.
Any suggestions?

120 bar and above will be fine for block paving and you'll want one with a floor tool, it'll make life so much easier.0

I have an old Karcher 120 bar model & a t-racer for the patio, that works fine. If the block paving is really old & stained then it won't get it clean but once clean that set up is fine for annual use.
I'm on a water meter & don't notice any great jump in bills in the spring when everything gets cleaned.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0 -
