Astra J 2.0cdti cutting out issue

Hey guys/girls sorry for the long winded post... needs some urgent help..
So I’ve just had AA out to my Astra j 2.0ctdi for issue with cutting out when driving says vehicle needs servicing then looses all power come to a halt
Can restart ok but this keeps happening.
This was his diagnostics:-
Patrol found the following fault code/s:System : Engine control - 1C6 / Diesel EDC 17C18/19 Status :P062D - Injectors, bank 1. Error Message : Malfunction. Error sporadic. Status :P062E - Injection control unit. Error Message : Actuation faulty. Error sporadic. Status :P0267 - Injector / injection valve 3. Error Message : Voltage too low. Error sporadic. Status :P0270 - Injector / injection valve 4. Error Message : Voltage too low. Error sporadic. Status :P0268 - Injector / injection valve 3. Error Message : Voltage too high. Error sporadic. Status :P0271 - Injector / injection valve 4. Error Message : Voltage too high. Error sporadic. Status :P0313 - Misfire due to fuel shortage. Error Message : detected. Error sporadic.

Now my question is do I recover to main dealer to get to the route of it or any garage as I have AA breakdown parts and garage cover and they cover upto £500?!
Worries if it’s hundreds of pounds then it will be cheaper at a local garage rather than a main dealer.. but worries they might not have the tools to fix it best.

Any ideas welcomes thanks in advance ☺️

We don't know your local garage so only you will know if they have the tools. (ask them)?

Who do you get to service it?

  • DAS automotive in hendon London uselly look after the car for me
But when this injector issue happened months ago he said it was because I had low fuel and o kinda believed him but now I known its definitely nothing to do with low fuel as I’ve had over half a tank in the car

If the garage fix was to just fill up with more fuel and that was the problem then move garages that's not a fix.

Take it to a vauxhall or vauxhall specialist imo sounds like a fair few faults.

Judging by your faults its a fault with injectors 3 and 4 which maybe due to the fuel pump or wiring issue.

    EGR valve and DPF.

  • Yes great I think your correct will just recover to main dealer and get them to diagnose properly
    Thanks everyone for your help
  • Hopefully not dpf as I do long runs to clear it down every so often 3000 rpms 20 minutes or so

If your worried about dpf get an obd reader and some alfa pdf software on your smart phone and it will tell you all you'd want to know.

It won't be dpf or egr though.
  • Yea I agree I don’t think it is I’ve had dpf issue on my Lexus before and the car behaviour was much more different
  • AA patrol thought it might be throttle body or the injectors ecu needing a update or fuel pump
So let’s see fingers crossed it’s no hundreds 😱😩

Since the faults are related to injector 3 and 4 only I'd recon that or the pump are more likely.
