Is it likely that the landlord wants to sell? Could there be another possibility e.g. Buy to let mortgage remortgage needing a surveyor's report? Or if there's a hole in the wall, might they being seeing to it?

You're right HSL there might not be anything to worry about. Even if they sell it might be fine and another landlord will just keep us there but I'd hate to go through this worry again. I doubt they'd see to the hole tbh, the landlady used to live in the house and never did anything about it, yeah I've already applied. The thing that's annoying is if we have to move it'll be two weeks before the start of term, and you need to give them your council tax number to prove where you live, only it took us about three months to get our council tax sorted as it was just ages before we got a bill through from them, so I'd jave to go to them directly to get it all sorted out and that will probably be a huge faff.
From my experience if a house gets valued it''s almost always to sell, which I don't blame them for, it's their house. Just a bit annoying if it's true as we've only been in for four months and I don't fancy having strangers trot through to look at the place for months on end. I'm not angry at the situation it just reminds me of how easily things could fall through for us even if we pay all the rent on time/ear enough money/never put a picture up.
Would be great if she didn't sell tbh as I'd like to stay another year and save up more deposit and we already have applied for schools so fingers crossed.Debts: ASDA Loan - £6,848.01

Thank you Sarah! Hopefully it's nothing if it wasn't just before school term and having a two month older at the time I'd be able to take it on the chin a bit easier. I have been looking forward too finally getting our own place though so if we're able to it might be a good thing for us in their end. There's nothing like a kick up the bum.
Good news is that DH has lent me his old phone and he made he a coffee to have in bed this morning. Got rid of some mold from the bathroom by pouring bleach on cotton wool over it and leaving it. Done a great job seeing as I haven't been able to give her bathroom a proper clean in months in between morning sickness and exhaustion. Just going to get dressed today some music and fold some clothes before getting them kids ready. DH normally dresses them and gives them breakfast so might make use of my energy.Debts: ASDA Loan - £6,848.01

Feeling quite nervous and powerless lately. This whole thing has me scared. I've got eczema from stress, I didn't know my body did that as I always try to stay calm. So thankful DH has a good job that he can do from home and we have a garden since we moved six months ago.My parents are in self isolation. Hope they'll be OK. We've been bringing them food, but it's so hard being pregnant with two small kids afoot and you can only buy three of something if it's there at all then I've got to drag them around more shops. I don't want to go around spreading this virus any more but everyone's bought everything. The baby is due in June and I'm jus trying to do scared the hospitals are full, or they can't give me my cesarean. And as scared as I am about that I'm so worried about all the people who are dying. I told my parents that I don't even want them going out for a few weeks after their isolation until the hospitals start getting a grip on things. It's one thing to get an illness and die and it's another thing not to have a chance at all.In lighter news I bought a sandpit for the kids so they have something to do these coming weeks. Gonna build them a little water table too so they can play side by side. Gonna have to come up with a routine for them so my eldest still gets some phonics and numbers in with craft time every day so he can be school ready. I'll try and focus on that instead of the terrifying stockpiling that's happening and hope it's all over soon and I can get some food for my kids without worrying.Debts: ASDA Loan - £6,848.01
