The Prize is a Winter Vacation to Whistler for two people, courtesy of Tourism Whistler. The Prize includes:

Round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) people, from the major city airport nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence (Sponsor’s choice) to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada;
Round-trip transportation, for two (2) people between Vancouver International Airport and Whistler;
Six (6) nights’ accommodation in a dual occupancy room or suite courtesy of Westin Resort & Spa Whistler;
Two (2) 3-day Whistler Blackcomb lift tickets;
One (1) snowmobile tour for two (2) adults courtesy of The Adventure Group;
Scandinavian baths experience for two (2) adults courtesy of Scandinave Spa Whistler;
Après experience at the Longhorn Saloon & Grill for two (2) adults courtesy of Gibbons Whistler;

The Prize is valid from November 22, 2019 – April 30, 2020 for two (2) adults, one of which must be 21 years of age or older. The Prize Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Prizing is all subject to availability dependent on dates selected and activities may be cancelled or re-scheduled due to inclement weather. For snowmobile tour, all drivers must hold a valid driver’s license (equivalent to a full Class 5 license in BC) and be age 19 or older. The Prize may not be booked for travel between December 21, 2019 – January 4, 2020; January 18-20, 2020, February 15 – 22, 2020 or April 10-12, 2020.

The Prize is valued at approximately eight thousand, three hundred and forty-two Canadian dollars ($8342 CND). The Prize Winner will not receive any compensation if actual retail value of trip is less than projected approximate retail value. Tourism Whistler reserves the right to substitute the Prize in whole or in part in the event that all or any component of the Prize is unavailable, with a Prize or Prize component of equal or greater retail value. The Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, not for re-sale and will be awarded to the confirmed winner only.

The winner must notify Tourism Whistler of preferred travel dates on or before October 1, 2019. The Prize Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. All prizing must be redeemed between November 22, 2019-April 30, 2020, and if the winner is unable to travel within those dates an alternative winner will be selected. The Prize. No monetary compensation will be offered for if less than two (2) adults travel. All expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including without limitation, meals, taxes, gratuities, ski rentals, insurance, incidentals and other expenses, are the Prize Winner’s (and guests) sole responsibility. Activities are subject to availability, operating times and weather conditions. Prize winner and his/her travelling companion are also solely responsible for all costs incurred to and from the Departure Point as the Prize originate and terminate there.

The Prize winner and their guest must ensure that they are fit and able to travel and participate in the activities, please seek the advice of a medical professional should you have any doubts. Whilst reasonable adjustments may be made with prior notice to the Promoter and agreement by Tourism Whistler, no other activity will be provided should any element of the Prize be deemed unsuitable to the personal circumstances of the winner or their guest.

The winner and their guest are advised to take out full winter sports travel insurance cover should be and this will not be provided as part of the Prize. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jack Wills and Tourism Whistler accept no liability for any accident, injury or illness sustained through participation in the Prize activities.

This Prize draw is only open to persons with permanent residence in the United Kingdom, aged over 21. Employees of Jack Wills Limited or any company in the Jack Wills Group of companies and their family members are not eligible to participate.
