On what date did you formally acknowledge service of the claim (AOS)?
Which parking company (PPC) is pursuing you?
Amount being claimed, and breakdown of the same - as detailed in the court claim?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Sorry I have looked at many threads.. and I have no legal background to write a defence in the same format...so would it be acceptable to write defence in simple form?0

No one who has written a defence against a small claim for the first time has any legal training. They start by looking at some of the defences already constructed for them - post # 2 of the NEWBIE sticky, scroll to the bottom and find work done by Bargepole.0

I have just noticed in he poc they have no mentioned my vehicle registration...all that is there is ‘the vehicle’ so there is nothing here that connects me to the claim ! What do you guys think about this ?0
