Hi guys
I currently have my own Nationwide’current account and reg saver account. I have the app and can obviously see both accounts. I have just opened a joint account with my partner( only got welcome email so far and not account no / sort code). Will I be able to view this joint account along with my other 2 accounts on the app? I have obviously kept the same customer number in the welcome email but parters email gives them a different customer number( they have no accounts with Nationwide at all)
Thanks

Yes you will be able to see the joint account along with your others.
If your partner gets the app they will only be able to see the joint account.0 -
Will the joint account automatically appear on my app when its fully open and funded or will I need to physically do something ?0

I seem to remember that new Nationwide current accounts only show on the next day. Might even be next business day. Give it until Wednesday, then call them if it's still not showing0

Mine just appeared although I did it the other way around, I had the joint account first and then added the other ones.
Any issues give them a shout.0
