I'm looking for a USB-C hub to go with a new MacBook Air. I didn't think it would be that hard to find one that had all three of the following on the back - HDMI port (for connecting a second monitor), a USB 3.0 port (for connecting a back up hard drive for Time Machine) and a USB-C port (so I can charge through it) - I've found a few that have all but the USB port is not 3,0 so will be slow.
it would be good to have all these on the back to the leads can disappear behind the desk and look nice and tidy!
Does anyone have one of these hubs? Know of one that fits this spec? Or have any suggestions on where to find one? There are so many out there and I'm yet to find any that I'm sure will do the job.
Thanks!

Since you want an HDMI adaptor built in there, it's not really a hub, more of a docking station.
I think I've found what you want, but haven't read the reviews:

That's pretty good. I've looked at lots of Lenovo ones, as I heard the brand was good, but that one doesn't quite do what I want as all those ports are on the front and I want them on the back.
This one is close, but I think (it doesn't specify) that the USB on the back is USB 2.0, which is no good for me -

I wish it was that simple. It wont work though as the two USB-C ports are only on the left side of the MacBook Air and the lead from the hub is very short! Most of these seem to be designed with the lead coming out on the right hand side to go into computers with ports on the left.0
