If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Car
This element of the First Prize consists of an Audi Q2 Sport 30 RDI 116 PS 6-Speed, to include 12 months’ road fund licence, first registration fee, approximately 15-20 litres of fuel, and to be in one of the following standard colours: Brilliant Black, Ibis White, Vegas Yellow, or Ara Blue – crystal effect; or one of the following metallic colours: Floret Silver Nano Grey, Mythos Black, Tango Red, Glacier White or Coral Orange.

The Prize Provider will use reasonable efforts to deliver the car to the winner’s home address within twenty-eight (28) days of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current driver’s licence and current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport or other proof of address. The winner is responsible for insuring the car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

Barbados Trip
This element of the First Prize consists of (i) return flights from either Heathrow airport or Gatwick Airport (at the discretion of the Prize Provider) to Grantley Adams International Airport, Barbados; and (ii) accommodation for nine (9) nights at a three (3) bedroom Harbourside Villa at the Port Ferdinand Marina and Luxury Residences, Barbados, for the winner and up to four (4) companions.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. This element of the First Prize must be booked and taken up no later than within 12 months of winner confirmation and cannot be taken during 21 December 2019 – 4 January 2020. The winner must provide at least 60 days’ notice of their chosen holiday dates.Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Barbados. Any There is no cash alternative.

The hotel stay includes:

· A daily breakfast;
· A total of two (2) Spa treatments;
· A ‘meet and greet’ at Grantley Adams International Airport, including Fast Track through immigration;
· Round-trip private airport transfers (to and from Grantley Adams International Airport);
· Non-Motorized water sports for five (5).
· Swim and Snorkel with the turtles.
· Unlimited water taxi between Port Ferdinand and Saint Peter's Bay.
· One (1) session on a Cool Runnings IV Luxury catamaran with food and drinks.
· One (1) Oistins Fish Fry dinner for five (5).
· Two (2) other meals (at same value as the others) for five (5).
· Two (2) meals at the Dockside fine dining restaurant at Port Ferdinand for five (5).
· Two (2) meals at the Quarterdeck pizzeria at Port Ferdinand for five (5).
· Two (2) meals at the Gazebo beach restaurant at sister resort Saint Peter’s Bay for five (5).

*All the above to be booked via Port Ferdinand concierge service according to usual opening hours and availability.
The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, and visas and vaccinations (in all cases, other than those specified herein).
