Claiming Ppi Back From An Old Loan

I HAVE AN OLD DEBT WITH THE HSBC WHICH I AM ASHAMED TO SAY AM STILL PAYING OFF IT WAS A LOAN I TOOK OUT ABOUT 4/5 YEARS AGO, I GOT IN TO FINANCIAL BOTHER WHEN I SEPERATED FROM MY EX HUSBAND (BUT THATS ANOTHER STORY). DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF YOU CAN CLAIM BACK THE PPI AND ANY BANK CHARGES FROM THAT LOAN AS THIS IS NOW BEING PAID THROUGH A DEBT COLLECTING AGENCY ANY IDEAS ANYONE
MY MOTHER AND I HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH NATWEST AND WE HAVE A LOAN WITH THEM WHICH FINISHES NEXT YEAR IF WE WANT TO CLAIM THE PPI BACK FROM THAT LOAN WILL IT AFFECT EITHER MY OWN OR MY MOTHERS CURRENT ACCOUNT WITH THEM ?????

Hello I am reclaiming PPI with Natwest and the loan I had with them is now on my DMP so to answer your first question i think it is yes
