Equifax credit report summary shows all green (say electoral roll etc.) on the left column except the credit records is Red, I was on debt management and that shows the list of settled accounts. Is this Red because I was on debt management? I understood that any defaults before 6yrs will be deleted but this Equifax shows all details, how?. The over all current score shows as good.
But other credit agencies not showing that details, why?
Will this cause problem for my remortgaging (I have around 200000 equities), can anyone recommend any building societies or banks, I want to fix it for next 5yrs, the interest rate between 1.5 to 2.0 %. want to mortgage to 220000, our income about 65,000 annual.

Ignore the scores and ratings as they are made up numbers.
Any defaults will be removed from your credit files after 6 years from the date of default, not before.0 -
It is red because you were on a DMP so not making the proper repayments. The defaults will remain for 6 years from when they were put on. Whilst they may cause an issue for you remortgaging with a new lender you should be able to remortgage with your current lender much more easily because they're not required to do the affordability tests to the extent a new lender is and they also have your full history of borrowing from them. This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
