How long to wait for replies to messages... or anyone else managed to get in touch with Junction 32

Hope this is the right place to post, I won with Junction 32 a £50 Jack and Jones voucher, I messaged them as asked, to get the reply when are you next at the centre ( I knew it was collection only) replied near enough straight away with this last weekend and since then I've heard nothing, its on FB messenger so I can see they have read the message. I messaged again asking if the weekend was still on but once again no reply. What is the ettiquette to trying to get the prize? How long should I wait etc

If anyone else has won from them have you managed to get a reply?

I am lucky that I live a 5 min drive away so once I can get replies I can collect

Why don’t you try ringing the store directly? They might be more helpful?

If you only live 5 mins away you must live next door to me, go down and drag somebody through a window. Be a typical Yorkshire man or woman.

I won a voucher with them a few years back and they posted it to me. They did take a while to reply, though, like a week or so between messages.
