No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries January 2019

I'm back, think I've been AWOL for 2 months. Life has got rather frantic and haven't been on the forum for ages.
Also my UUs have diminished.
TBH I have almost stopped using a lot of them, I am not convinced the ingredients in the face creams etc are good for the body and also feeling a little over whelmed with everything just now.
I gave away a big collection of Body Shop goodies for a birthday gift but still it's not made any inroads into my stash. Haven't bought anything either though so that is good.
Has anyone looked into face yoga? Or used a gua sha?
I have a few lines at the side of my nose that I would like to be slightly less prominent. Anything to help with this? I also have a line between my eyebrows that I know happens when I frown (need to stop dealing with stupid people!) or squint in the sun (so wear sunglasses but people think I'm being cool!) but I know this happens so I make a concious effort not to and also try to rub the line at night so my forehead rests. Any other tips?
TIALife is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

Belated happy birthday sstevo19! :bdaycake:
A few In's to confess to:
2 x Garnier Olia hair dye. Necessary and HG, always buy in pairs to get the multi buy cost, use every 4 weeks or so.
Set of Rituals as a late xmas pressie, with body scrub, body butter, and shower gel. It'll all get used eventually :P
I thought it had been a slow month for UUs, but just looked in the little basket I'm not putting my empties in, and there was way more than I thought!
- Pixi glow Tonic (100ml). WMBA - if on offer. Not bad, but still prefer Clinique Clarifying lotion when I need a toner
- Greenfrog Botanic natural bodywash (mini/50ml). WNB - Ok, but nothing exciting.
- Elemis Frangipani Monoi Body Cream (100ml). WDBA - on offer. Loooooove it, but it's expensive
- Elemis Superfood facial wash (30ml). WDNBA - did not like the smell at all. Seems effective though.
- Olia hair dye. WDBA - HG.
- Karine Jackson The Cleanser repair and protect shampoo (75ml). WDB - I was really impressed by this! Low-foaming, but foamed enough to feel it was worked through my hair, and left it very clean but also still feelign smooth and healthy. Apparently 100% natural ingredients.
- Helena Rubenstein Lash Queen Perfect Blacks mascara. WDBA - if i can get hold of it! One of the most natural, but most effective and flattering mascaras I have ever tried. Loved it. I've cleaned the brush to use in another mascara I'm struggling with (it has helped), but I really want this back. Not easy to find in the UK though, I previously bought it in France. £25+ online from UK suppliers...
- Sanctuary Spa Salt scrub (sachet). WMB - nice, enjoyed it, but have preferred others (which are admittedly more expensive).
- Elemis Gentle Rose exfoliator (15ml). WNBA - ok, but nothing special, and a little thin.
- Benetint Benebalm (mini). WDBA - not as good as the old original benetint, but very handy for carrying around. It gives a perfect natural hint of colour on me, and lasted aaaaages, especially when getting out the ends with a lip brush.
- Elemis Pro Collagen Marine Cream (15ml). WDBA - just good for my skin, no fuss. Have a couple more of same size to use
- Nuxe Nuxuriance Ultra body cream (30ml). WNBA - nice, but I've used better.
- Ted Baker lip gloss. WNB - awkward and difficult to open, and my lips kept getting more chapped.
- Tresemme Volume conditioner (travel size). WMBA - only if cheap and convenient at the airport.
- Superdrug Castor and Shea conditioner (mini/travel size). WNB - seems fine, nothing exciting.
- 2 x mini sachets of some random french after sun
Phew! I'm still trying to finish a shower gel and another body lotion by the end of the month. I'm also so so close to completely finishing all my conditioners  Fingers crossed...0 -
34 Nails INC Mink this was a nail colour I got free with a magazine a long long time ago. It had separated in the bottle and the pigmentation had gone. I did paint my nails with it but then smudged one terribly and removed it. TA.
35 Essie Gel Setter Top Coat This has now gone gloopy and adding nail polish remover (too mean now to buy thinner) has changed the consistency so much that my nails are smudging so much. I had repainted my nails with OPI Kiss Me on the Tulips (the mini I'm working on) and they look awful. I've brought the mini bottle with me to work and plan to go to Boots at lunch for a pack of Quickies so I can remove it and repaint as I'm covering reception all afternoon and can't bear my nails looking bad when on show. My vanity, I know.Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Hi everyone, remember me?! Probably not - I expect almost all of you guys are new since I was here last ( I think I graduated in 2013, but I never did get added to the list!) I’m back - but not for me, for my daughter who was given enough bath stuff at Christmas to sink a battleship!!!!
Hope everyone is well, speak soon !!Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup0 -

Hi Trudi, good to see you here again. I am nowhere near graduating, but health is better and I no longer need to be buying masses of skin care and make up to cheer myself up.
Do you still have horses? I used to enjoy the stories of the animal exploits. The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)0 -

One TA tonight:
REN Vita Mineral Lip Balm 15ml WNBA. I've tried carrying on using this but it's so thick and sticky and I don't like it.0 -
2 TAs - Origins 10 Minute Mask - this has been open too long and not much in it. I never really liked it though, it always felt odd on my skin and the scent is not for me.
And a lip/cuticle balm that I bought from Nepal 2 years ago. It had a thick consistency and I don't really like it.
I uu'ed my Estee Lauder Double Wear Light Foundation in Ecru. So, I like this but I was also thinking to use one of the Beauty Pie's foundations. However, I haven't had time to read up on it so i think i will just repurchase this one for now, probably using Debenhams' beauty card offer.ally.0
