  • Hi, just wondering how long peoples lightspeed points took to be added. My sister and I have been waiting almost two weeks and very eager to ghet vouchers ordered for Christmas prezzies. Thanks.
It says on the site up to 30 days. I know when I had mine paid into paypal it happened within a week.

    Hi,
I was just trying to redeem some John Lewis vouchers but could not find them. Is this offer over? Thanks.

I think the vouchers are just out of stock - but I've no idea how long for. I'm awaiting £120 JL vouchers and desperately hoping they'll be here in time for christmas!!!

I noticed pigsback have extened the time for points being award from 28 days to 6 weeks. Amazon & ebay are among those extended .I wonder what the problem is with pigsback that they are having to extend the time for points to be added .

The uswitch thing was a bonus while it lasted (if it is indeed all over) so enjoy what we did get rather than getting stressed about not being able to get easy points in future. Pigsback are a business after all and lets face it, most of us do rather well out of them without having to spend much don't we?

Here is an early Merry Christmas to all piggies!

Did they ask you to prove that you actually switched and changed provider annapantscats? I have the confirmation emails for credit card, loan, broadband and current account searches but I never actually switched any of them.

    Thanks.

I did the offers a few months ago and was NOT asked to prove I had switched (I didnt switch anything, just enquired about a few things and got a Hippo water thingy). I just forwarded my emails onto PB and eventually got the points through. It seems to have changed now though...(not surprising really if they were giving £30 to everyone who just requested some info. Ah well  ).... but its still worth a try, you MIGHT still get the points

Chase it up! They will no doubt tell you that they are waiting for a file from USwitch, and ask you to forward your confirmation emails, but dont just forget about it. After a few emails my o/h and I got 9000 points from doing uSwitch things recently....so well worth chasing!

uswitch say its only when you actually take up an offer not when you enquire.. think some of us were lucky when the loophole enabled us to enquire and still get the points but i think some people are going to be dissapointed with the reply pigsback will give them and spout the T & C's
