Chase it up! They will no doubt tell you that they are waiting for a file from USwitch, and ask you to forward your confirmation emails, but dont just forget about it. After a few emails my o/h and I got 9000 points from doing uSwitch things recently....so well worth chasing!

Did they ask you to prove that you actually switched and changed provider annapantscats? I have the confirmation emails for credit card, loan, broadband and current account searches but I never actually switched any of them.

i was refused twice for my uswitch points from pigsback,one for have a water meter fitted & water hippo bag but never got the points.

I think with U Switch you have to actually switch over now not just enquire, so if this is the case and you dont switch completly you wont get the points :mad:

ppl were waiting around 2-3 months before for there points and yes they did get the points even tho they didnt switch. ive also done the same as you its been 5 weeks now so will wait a little longer

Hi, just wondering how long peoples lightspeed points took to be added. My sister and I have been waiting almost two weeks and very eager to ghet vouchers ordered for Christmas prezzies. Thanks.

The water hippo was the one thing I didnt get a confirmation email for from Uswitch. I always thought the Uswitch thing was just too good to be true so if I dont get the points nothing lost. If the points ever do come through for the broadband, credit etc enquiries (confirmation mails were received) then it would just be a massive bonus. But my feelings were it was too good to be true and I think the bubble may well have burst on it....well done to those who got in early and got the points though!
