I emailed them again yesterday after the standard response of clearing cookies. I've told them there is something wrong their end as lots of people are having problems

I thought it had to be a mistake but it isn't.

I am still having arguments with pigsback about my riverbelle points, as i know a few others are. I might be wrong but i think the ones who were paid yesturday were for the bingo section for 2000, my self and a few others are waiting for the 5000 points for the casino. I first of all got the email stating I was not on the file and they couldnt give me any points, I then asked for it to be taken higher up. I now have someone helping who seems to be helpful, I had to fax in my two emails, the one for registration and the one for a deposit. She has now said she is waiting for a correct file from riverbelle as they are having problems with quite a few people who werent included. Fingers crossed though as I know I did it all right.

I managed to get the spotlight one ok this morning :T I'm still hoping for a win but have just ordered my first voucher so chuffed with that
