It worked all week for me, but I know on this thread yesterday, lots have people have had problems and have emailed Pigsback to find a solution.

I can't log into my account. I know for a fact that all of my details are correct but it says they are not. Has this happened to anyone before and what did you do about it . I just thought i'd ask on here before I e-mail them.

It worked all week for me, but I know on this thread yesterday, lots have people have had problems and have emailed Pigsback to find a solution.

I was one of them, I am going to try deleting history ect and see if that helps. But first I will try another browser firefox will report back if I get the chance to enter the comp..

could you be trying to log in to .com rather than .co.uk, or vise versa? I'm sure that has stopped me logging in in the past, worth a try anyway,

No good and I cleared IE right out and tried firefox, they must be blocking some of us at their end.

Question: for those who cant get it to work, do you have a static IP?

I will try it using dialup tonight, if it then works it will be IP related if not it will be account related.
