  • Apparently the 'other Rachel' is absent at the moment which is why my cries have fallen on deaf ears, but my points have now been manually added! Woo!

What is happening to Pigsback these days??
I am still waiting for my Riverbelle points...even though I sent them the confirmation email.
My Husband still hasn't received two vouchers he ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and is still waiting for his Riverbelle casino points.
I have spent nearly £400.00 through Pigsback with Amazon and no points!!!
I am getting really fed up with them and they don't answer your email enquiries either!!!
    That's it...rant over.

    Don't hold your breath.
My mam signed up to Jackpot Joy on 22nd Sep and Littlewoods on 23rd Sep - each offered 1000 piggypoints to join up and wager £10 so as far as I could see you spent £20 but got £20 back. So I mentioned it to my Mam and she was chuffed a bit free bingo.
However after months of screendumps going back and forth, confirmation emails being forwarded and join dates being given she has now been told she was not on the file and therefore cannot have her points.
I feel bad as she wouldn't even have considered it if I didn't point it out to her.
I wish I could afford to give her the money back myself now. :(

Whenever I try to help anyone out I always seem to screw everything up somehow!! :(

I think from what we can work out it has been stopped... Maybe they'll bring a new one back after Christmas/New Year? Wishful thinking as we either get one less CT or one that doesn't work a week (or so it seems) ROFL:rotfl:

Pigsback is a dead loss these days - no more London quiz ie 10 points, click throughs don't always credit points, and I haven't been credited with points for 3 sign ups in recent weeks (have emailed them - no response)When I've made up enough points for my £10 Boots voucher (probably take me another year, at this rate) I'm giving up Pigsback for good.

There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

I know how you feel ... thoroughly disheartened.
