It's worth pointing out, perhaps, that PB no longer put a contact phone number on their website. Also, Post #2 itself is pretty old, going back to May, I think, of 2007, since when the poster, Lucyc55, hasn't been heard of again! Heather did update Post #2 in November, though.
It seems to me that a newly combined Post #1 and Post #2 could be considered.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -

Hi Ellie
Unless they've changed, you'll receive Leisure vouchers which can be used in numerous places. Last time I used them I paid with £50 quids worth.

What is happening to Pigsback these days??
I am still waiting for my Riverbelle points...even though I sent them the confirmation email.
My Husband still hasn't received two vouchers he ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and is still waiting for his Riverbelle casino points.
I have spent nearly £400.00 through Pigsback with Amazon and no points!!!
I am getting really fed up with them and they don't answer your email enquiries either!!!
That's it...rant over.

Hi, i never but hubbie did - he got them a good 6 weeks or so after though.:eek:Mummy of 3 lovely munchkins :smileyhea0 -
Nope never got any clothing vouchers and I can't really be bothered to chase them!
I called them on the 2872408 number and I spoke to a very helpful young chap (who was probably older than me) who gave me a number for PB cust serv in Ireland! Sorry, but I'm not being charged for an international call when PB owe me something. I pointed this out to him and he then took my number and email address and said that they'd contact me... Who knows when this will be!
Thanks for all your help people who have chipped in with various bits of information!**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

I never got my Tesco vouchers but my OH's finally arrived yesterday! Noone else in my family and friends on PB has got them though. They're several different vouchers eg £4 off when you spend £20 type thing, so not a striaghtforward £25 off.
As for vouchers, I have ordered several recently and all have come very promptly. I have ordered some in bulk and they come recorded delivery! I think the Leisure vouchers can definitely be used together, as I emailed PB to ask. I was told there was no expiry date on them - in fact there is, but it's 2010 so should be okay for most peeps!
