have you heard from them yet? I have just had a response from an enquiry i sent on fri asking about missing boots pointrs from an order at beg of nov, the reply basically says wait 6 weeks, 6 weeks is up tomorrow, i just wanted to get it sorted before xmas

Just thought id say i got my boots voucher i order on the 5th dec....I know a few days ago others were saying they have not recieved theres either.

-also my ct is not working either

Nope, still no response and I'm beginning to get pretty peeved now! I ordered on 18th October which is nearly 2 months now, I was promised that the points would be added by the end of the week, I emailed PB on Friday lunchtime asking if they knew when they'd be added, I never got a response to that question, I then emailed them this morning asking again if they knew when the points would be added as was promised them by the end of the week. I've not had a response to this email either... :mad:
I've been emailing them about it for a couple of weeks and so I didn't just get the whole 'wait 6 weeks' I stated very very clearly the date that I ordered and how long it had been and asked when I could expect to receive the points. I got a good answer but when it actually came to them seeing it through, nothing!

I have been trying through the day and again just now but still no points. (I am usings pigsback.com) I have emailed them about the problem but have not had a reply yet
