Update on the Office and Avon points that I was supposed to get on Friday:
I emailed PB on Friday lunchtime and enquired as to when they thought that the points may be added. I've still not had a reply or any of the points that I'm owed... Am slightly annoyed!
Hope everyone's had a good weekend despite the cold!
