How long do the uswitch points takes to be credited(it does say a month) but i signed up oct 23rd and so did hubby around that time but neither of us has had our piggy points

why should they? your asking for what your entittled to, you just might stress them out more at this time of year hee hee

if you only enquired about a change over then chances are your probably not going to get the points but if you actually changed over then you should get them soon ... if you contact pigsback you will have to send in your confirmation emails and if you didnt actually switch over then dont tells pigsback that either

I ordered a voucher on 26th Nov and that hasn't turned up yet, when i emailed them yesterday they just said to check with Royal Mail!? But I have nothing to check i can't just ring up and say 'do you have a letter of mine that you haven't posted yet?' I'll get laughed at!!

Email PB, say you have contacted the sorting office, they havent got your vouchers, so can PB send a replacement ASAP.

It seems to be a very regular thing now, whereby people post on this board that vouchers dont arrive, and PB simply tell them to contact Royal Mail.
I wonder how many people just give up and dont bother chasing the missing vouchers?
If you chase them and tell PB that Royal Mail doesnt have them, PB send out replacements....but I wonder where all those originally sent vouchers go? They dont turn up at the addresses they should turn up at. There is no return address on PB envelopes (not on any I have received anyway), so PB cant get them back..... I guess some dodgy postal workers could be pinching them (I am not knocking all postal workers here, my postwoman is an angel!!) ..... OR, if I were a cynical person I could almost believe that PB dont actually send out half the voucher they claim to send!!! :eek:

All the vouchers I've received have had a return address on the envelope, I do wonder where they get to though.
