Just a quick question, they have awarded me my credit expert points today too, but they have awarded them twice over. Will they check and take them away again or should I order my vouchers quickly? This makes up for the referrals I did that they refused to honour, call it piggy karma!

id go with piggy karma :D

There's little doubt, I think, that PB's tracking has always been suspect. They really do have to look at their reputation for reliability.

Last Christmas I spent quite a bit through PB,and qualified for the bonus they offered to people spending a certain sum with them. It worked very well for me. But this year, I have spent NO money through PB, and that's because I am not prepared to spend a lot of time arguing with them over their unreliable order tracking, waiting for lists, sending confirmations, etc., etc. This year, I have spent LOADS through Quidco. The noticeable thing is that EVERYTHING I have ordered through Quidco has tracked very quickly, and very reliably.

From being a great PB fan, I have become nothing more than a collector of freebie points.

I have discussed with them before their suggestion that many people do not seem to follow PB's procedures for using the right links in the right way. I have told them that if people don't use the links properly, then the instructions must be unclear, and that's their problem, not the consumer's.

If they are to regain my custom, they have to put things right in their own pigsty. I am not for one moment taken in by pretty talk about their Trotterfeller Building, or whatever it is, nor by cartoon pigs.

I'm interested in cash in my pocket.

Make sure I get it, and you'll get my custom. Mess it up, and you'll get no more than my balding head shaking in disbelief at your incompetence.

Droopsnout - you are right, the quidco money always tracks. I think PB should have a similar system. Most of my pts are through sign ups etc. and CT's!

Mmmmmmm that'll be why after two Boots orders, one Amazon and one HMV order I've yet to see a single piggypoint:rolleyes:  I really need to get back to reading this thread again, not just visiting for the links:o

I don't do quidco (yet!) but I understand it tells you about pending points? Wish pigsback had some sort of tracking that would at least show you linked to a retailer through them.

There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

Last night I booked some tickets for the family for next week.

As it had been mentioned on here that you could book tickets on any franchise through the Pigsback's South West Trains link I thought I would give it a try. I needed to book a trip in northern England.

The starting price was £32 for a day return for 2 adults and 2 children. I used my family railcard and the price came down to £18. I've checked my Pigsback account this morning and I've been credited 900 piggy points. So a grand spend of £9 in the end.

The offer expires 12th February 2008 so plenty of time to get a few more trips in.

I'm STILL waiting on my Office and Avon points, I've had to send my order confirmation emails twice now, have been informed that I should have them towards the end of the week, they're not here today... Roll on tomorrow! Do I think they'll be there? Who knows!

Edit: In 4 days it'll have been over 2 months since I ordered

I'm having the same problem with M&S points from an order in October. Although they haven't actually said I am getting the points yet.
  • Just received an email from Pigsback saying that I had won one of their Rimmel Goody Bags - yipee! Thanks Jules :T
