It's just that I ordered 4xBoots, 3x Boots and 1xBoots. I got the latter 2, but not the initial £40, and I've already contacted them about it. I'm really upset about it, since if they claim they sent the £40, there is no way I can prove I did not get them. Whereas if they had sent them registered, then we would both have the proof. I was saving for an ipod, but this is a big bump if I don't get my points.

In case they send registered when the value is high, I will start waiting before claiming the rewards so that they register it.

Also, I got some train tickets yesterday and the points should be in my account today (24 hours). Does it take longer because it is the weekend or should I go ahead and contact them?

Sorry for the delay .I only just noticed the question
The amount was £100 which came in 10x£10 vouchers
I'm sure I read on here somewhere that if you claim over £40 it comes where you have to sign for it. Seems better than disputing where the vouchers are
