Hi
There doesn't seem to be a London quiz for 10 points todayDon't let the past become your future

Does anyone know if 24-hour points take longer because of the weekend?
I'm really upset, since I made the huge investment of booking lots of train tickets in the past week to take advantage of the southwestrains offer. 40£ of vouchers I claimed did not arrive, even though other amounts I ordered later have already arrived.
Now my order of £8+£35 last friday is not showing in my points. And so far, all transactions tracked nicely, except the last ones
This is £60 I'm missing out on, and I really wanted to get an ipod. I know cashback is only a possibility, not a certainty, but I spent £120 within the same week, when I could have spread the cost, and am not getting any cashback... I wished PB had the same system as quidco, when you submit a earning enquiry: there is normally a reference to the merchant, times and dates you visit the merchant. With PB, it's mostly ... faith that all will go well.
Hi, just to let you know my £40 of boots vouchers came by signed for mail!! :j I'm so relieved.
Now just hope the operations that did not track will track.0 -

Hi,
does it happen often, the next day delivery signed for? Was it a big value?
It's just that I ordered 4xBoots, 3x Boots and 1xBoots. I got the latter 2, but not the initial £40, and I've already contacted them about it. I'm really upset about it, since if they claim they sent the £40, there is no way I can prove I did not get them. Whereas if they had sent them registered, then we would both have the proof. I was saving for an ipod, but this is a big bump if I don't get my points.
In case they send registered when the value is high, I will start waiting before claiming the rewards so that they register it.
Also, I got some train tickets yesterday and the points should be in my account today (24 hours). Does it take longer because it is the weekend or should I go ahead and contact them?
Many thanks for your help.
Hi
Sorry for the delay .I only just noticed the question
The amount was £100 which came in 10x£10 vouchers
I'm sure I read on here somewhere that if you claim over £40 it comes where you have to sign for it. Seems better than disputing where the vouchers areDon't let the past become your future

My mum won a quiz yesterday so she got 2000 points
She said she'd give me £10 of her John Lewis vouchers.
