I've e-mailed PB this morning as despite following their links through, I've never been credited with any points from eBay (and I'm quite an eBay spender!).

Any ideas why not?

It seems the value of vouchers sent by recorded mail by Pigsback is another enigma, postcode lottery or whatever other reason that makes PB rules confusing!

I joined the PB at the launch and it always used to be recorded when ordering vouchers worth £30 or more. Because of this, I always wait until I have enough in my account to get it this way because of the risk of them getting lost in the post and being expected to trot along to the post office to check with them first. Only once have they come via ordinary mail and all others signed for.

I've hunted round PB T's & C's, FAQ but can't find anything that even mentions it. Perhaps it depends on who gets to send them out instead?? :rolleyes:

I think it says allow 6 weeks for points

and you get 35 piggypoints for each £1 in fees that Ebay earns from the seller...not points for each £ spent

I'm really upset, since I made the huge investment of booking lots of train tickets in the past week to take advantage of the southwestrains offer. 40£ of vouchers I claimed did not arrive, even though other amounts I ordered later have already arrived.

Now my order of £8+£35 last friday is not showing in my points. And so far, all transactions tracked nicely, except the last ones

This is £60 I'm missing out on, and I really wanted to get an ipod. I know cashback is only a possibility, not a certainty, but I spent £120 within the same week, when I could have spread the cost, and am not getting any cashback... I wished PB had the same system as quidco, when you submit a earning enquiry: there is normally a reference to the merchant, times and dates you visit the merchant. With PB, it's mostly ... faith that all will go well.
