Hi all
I have a question with ref my deposit I am a first time buyer and gained my deposit rather fast.
I got my 25k Deposit with in 6 months. Will this be a problem?
I had two boats one i sold for 11k and the other for 2k.
How do i prove that is where i got the money from.?
The 11k was bank transferd. The 2k Was cash.

Do you have any paperwork for the boat sales?

You need to satisfy your solicitor's money-laundering requirements. They will vary from company to company. Talk to them.
  • When we sold our boat we drafted up a bill of sale and receipts etc to cover the fact there is no legal paperwork regarding boat ownership - did you do the same?
