New Build Brickwork

Hi All!
Currently in the process of buying a new build property, the roof isn’t on yet but there has been some progress build wise
We went down to look at the house today as it’s easily seen from a public footpath, we did see however that the brick of our Garage to the rear of the house is different to our house brick.
It’s not night and day, but one is a dark red brick and the other is a very bright orangey affect, I think because the garage is to the rear they may have got the colourways mixed up.
There was nothing on the plan stating it’d be a different colour, but I wanted to check on here if I’m being crazy about it being the same colour brick?
I imagine I’ll get fobbed off by site manager!

Are you sure that it's not intended to be contrasting brick colours?
In some large developments, developers sometimes use different brick colours and types to make the buildings look a little more varied.
Brick finishes are usually specified in a planning consent application. So you might be able to find the relevant planning application on your local planning authority website, and see what it says about the bricks to be used.0 -
Well, we can't see it, but if you post some pics, we can take a guess....the brick of our Garage to the rear of the house is different to our house brick.

Not sure what it'll add, other than confirming you're not colourblind...
Or are you asking if it's a problem? Only you know that...0 -
I'm on a fairly new build estate. My garage is built with yellowish bricks, my neighbours house is built with redish bricks with a few darker ones mixed in.
My house is rendered and painted, but next doors is just brick.0
