receiving income in AUD, using Revolut

I am UK resident. I expect to receive soon a small stream of regular income in AUD from an Oz company. What is the best way to minimize fees (transfer, conversion, etc..):
- I have Revolut where I have created an AUD sub-account. But this AUD sub-account does not look like a regular australian bank account (i.e. complete with a BSB code), but just has an IBAN (actually same IBAN as the EUR sub-account). Will I (or the sender) incur transfer fees when transfering AUD from their Oz account into my Revolut AUD sub-account ?
(Transfering EUR from an European bank account into the Revolut EUR sub-account doesn't seem to incur any fee, at least when I tried from a French EUR bank account)
- Or would it be possible for an Australian non-resident to open an online Australian AUD account, to receive the AUD income. Then get a debit card linked to the AUD account, and use the debit card to load the AUD onto the Revolut AUD sub-account ? Maybe not totally fee-free, but cheaper ?
Then once AUD is on Revolut conversion into GBP should be ok.
- Or anything better/easier than Revolut ?
Thanks for any help.

I'm not sure about Revolut - but if it turns out not to be straightforward, an alternative is Transferwise Borderless. This gives you an AUD sub-account with a BSB code, and you can receive AUD from an Australian sender without a fee.
