I feel the same. I've been e-mailing to chase up points and have still not got most I'm entitled to. The audible.co.uk one was the worst. They said I wasn't on the free trial and refused to refund me. I argued with them and they eventually did but made me feel awful in the process as I told them I signed up to the free trial to get the piggie points

Yes and me, just an email about not being able to accept my payment method even though they did and I played on. A warning though they do not pay out below 20 pounds, I won 15 pounds on a line and then was unable to withdraw it.

i had email from riverbelle the day i joined to say i qualified for the free trial so hopefully that will be enough.
but to be honest i am getting fed up with pigsback, having to chase up points and prove to them that we have joined various things.
i never have this problem with greasypalm or quidco as they automatically track.

Leslie I ordered mine 26th Sep and just received them today!

But I do think Pigsback are getting worse.
We are still waiting for piggypoints for Jackpot Joy, Chit Chat and Uswitch.
First they wanted confirmation emails from all which we sent and then they said they were awaiting the files - each transaction was 2 months ago now, how long do they need?

And now as a final insult they appear to be ignoring our emails.

I got my Honda points today!!! Whoo hoo!! i thought they were a lost cause!

Edit to say: I also got 140 points for Opinion World today too........ Can't remember when i joined them. But i did revisit the site today thru PB and logged in, maybe that's jogged their memory and have awarded me something.... seems odd. i was only in there half an hour before, first time in ages as i don't rate it.
